There’s something about the start of summer. The days stretch out, the pace shifts, and for many, it marks the beginning of something new. Graduations, first jobs, fresh starts. It’s a season full of possibility and small moments that matter.
It reminds me how important it is to bring consistency and care to whatever we do. To show up with honesty, to listen well, and to keep people at the center of it all. That kind of steady presence makes a difference, and it’s something worth carrying into the months ahead.
