Is Working from Home as Effective as Working from Office?
As technology has advanced, so have its advantages. People are now enjoying its benefits by working remotely, without having to travel to office. Many consider working from home the best way to work, as it gives them a good work-life balance but is it productive? According to OnlineDegress.com’s infographic below, which sourced data from Stanford University and CareerBuilder, 43% of employees in a survey confessed to watching TV or a movie while working from home. At the same time, the data states that employees saved on commute time and utilized those hours for relaxing or even clocking in extra work. The scenarios will of course change in different countries, industries and off-course with each individual.
