The credit report will reveal information about the applicant’s debt load, payment history, and any public record information (Judgments, Liens, Bankruptcy). This information is critical in assessing the applicant’s financial responsibility and any potential motivation for the misuse of funds.
If a bankruptcy does appear on a credit report we can run a Bankruptcy Search with a usual return time of 1‐4 hours. This search provides bankruptcy judgments. The detail included will show information such as case number, court location, filing date, filing type, discharge date and status,
trustee information, and attorney information.
While this report should always be run on applicants with financial responsibilities, it is also a good tool to use for any applicant with access to sensitive data, client premises, or inventory.
We also offer I‐9 Verifications. This search will confirm the legal “right to work” status of newly hired employees and receives a unique verification number from the Department of Homeland Security. Electronically store and retrieve active and inactive I‐9 Forms, providing anytime, anywhere secure paperless access for updating, re‐verification, and governmental inspection as dictated by law. Easily identify current employees with mismatched social security number(s) through the SSA’s Social Security Number Verification Service (SSNVS).
